Take wet wipes with, its very dusty and dirty.. wipes make a difference, also when handling money, its the money that makes you sick (its very dirty), not the food!
Cairo
The city of Cairo... also not what you expect. They dont have traffic lights, or stop streets as such! Its wild! ... Many flats dont have windows.. Suppose cos its a poor nation, or maybe cos its just so darn hot that open windows is the better option.

Police on camel around the Pyramids! Very different however really original.
Hurghada Sunset
Warm colours of the setting sun.. not sure if it happens all year around, but in February its like this every evening.

Friends
No matter how many photos I take of these girls, they always stand out, bright colours.. smiling...
Companions
Little girl in pink and her camel! Later she leads the camel away...it also seems to make easy for a rest place.
Stairway to ?
Well built stairway to the top of a hill... however on the top you only find more desert!
Toilets
If you need the toilet in the desert... this is probably something you will find, a man made hut of sorts, with a hole behind the door... so its a "long drop".. what an experience!
Bedoin Jongen

Jeef Safari
Fantastic to do if you like speed and adventure... a jeef safari takes you to the dunes and the middle of the dessert, with a bouncing ride. Even do-able with children!
Reflextions
With the sun setting, I noticed I had company... no, it was just my shadow on a cear wall..
Nubian Style
Accommodation can vary in Hurghada, however this what just what we wanted, something more traditional, all in Nubian style, with domes, passages... like a village... no more then 2 high.
London Skyline
Taken out the car window while driving past... there was just too much traffic to stop, and even so the coulrs were so warming especially since taken in the wintery months.

Salzburg... view from the old cemetry on the historical part of Salzburg.. also the location where part of the well known movie South Of Music was filmed.
Town of Pisa
Pisa is a "smallish"town, with these grand buildings of white, and then surrounded by small, low brown buldings... very unexpected.
Leaning Tower of Pisa
On a brief visit to Italy we could not miss the world know Leaning Tower of Pisa
