Myanmar Andaman Resort is the only resort on Macleod Island in the Mergui Archipelago. It should be underlined that it is more an Eco-lodge than a regular resort. If you are looking for fun on the beach, many restaurants, clubs and shops, it is not the place for you. If you are expecting luxury and five star hotel facilities you will be disappointed. Het Myanmar Andaman Resort is gelegen op Macleod Island, één van de eilandjes behorend tot de Mergui archipel, gelegen in het diepe zuiden van Myanmar. Deze eilandengroep bestaat uit ruim 800 prachtige eilanden en ligt pal bij de grens met Thailand. Van 1940 tot 1997 waren deze eilanden niet toegankelijk voor toeristen, en u treft hier dan ook nog altijd een ongerept stukje Myanmar met vooral kleinschalig toerisme

Zicht op Song Saa private island vanaf Koh Rong Island. Song Saa is cambodja's 1e 5-sterren eco resort.
