Aruba is considered one of the most tourism-friendly islands in the Caribbean, besides Papiamento most everyone speaks English,and they accepts the U.S. dollar, actually in Oranjestad everything is priced in dollars.

Many years ago you could only get to the island by plane, now a days huge cruise ships docks there everyday in the high season,one bigger than the other, it is a beautiful sight watching these ships come in.
I think they look like huge apartment buildings..
