Bow Falls is one of Banff's most popular views.

It isn't huge -- only about 9 meters high and 30 meters wide, but it still impresses, with a high volume of water tumbling downhill.
Located where the Bow River and the Spray River meets, this waterfall has a lot of history behind it.
In 1953 Marilyn Monroe's film The River of No Return was filmed here.

When I was there lots of newly weds have their wedding pictures taken in this beautiful setting.
