These two guys are not "'passenger"" rickshaw drivers, they drive and deliver "goods"' on their rickshaws. The goods here being vegetables to the market, but it could be all sorts of cargo. Incredible what you can see on the streets. But here you see these two guys have finished their morning work and are taking a break.
