Loading our bags onto the motorbikes in Tahirpur for the next leg of the journey. We had became quite attached to the small town and its inhabitants in three days.
We had explored by boat the beautiful Tanguar Haor, (Wetlands of over 100 sq miles) Stayed in the Government "'VIP suite"', signed the foreigners ledger at the police station, (5 other entries before ours since 2009) were greeted by the Mayor and left many people with their mouths open in amazement each time we walked through the bazar.
