Hundreds of these passenger ferries cross the river delta all day every day, transporting people from island to island, fro town to town. The morning and evening ferries are the busiest. We spent some time at the jetty takign photos and then for a few thaka jumped onboard and crossed to one, any, of he outlying islands.
