On our way to the Serengeti National Park, we drove our 4x4 through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing one of the most arid places we saw during our road trip. Surprisingly, we saw these giraffes next to the roadside, nibbling on the thorny Acacia tree. It is difficult to understand how these beautiful, elegant creatures can survive these harsh conditions.
