Een van de mooiere vogelsoorten vind ik ijsvogels. Tijdens onze excursie op de delta zag ik de kleine kleurrijke versies vliegen maar gunden me helaas niet de mogelijkheid ze goed to fotograferen, hetgeen wel lukte bij deze Pied Kingfisher.
Helaas dus niet de turquoise vogel uit het onderstaande nummer, maar was er toch blij mee.
