Totoco Eco-Lodge is a small-scale ecotourism venture with a desire to contribute actively to the sustainable development of the local community and environment. While the Eco-Lodge focuses on providing high quality accommodation, bar & restaurant service and various activities, the Development Centre and the Farm develop projects that support our neighbours in the surrounding communities in working towards a more sustainable future.

TOTOCO is located on Ometepe Island on the slopes of Maderas Volcano above the town of Balgüe. The principle route to the island is through the port at San Jorge which is just over two hours driving from the country's main international airport in Managua, 1 hour from the colonial city of Granada and 35 minutes from the coastal village of San Juan del Sur.
