Puff, puff, puff, puff, puffins,
Puffins everywhere.
Puff, puff, puff, puff, puffins,
On the land and in the air.
Spring’s a celebration that every puffin shares.
Puff, puff, puff, puff, puffins,
Puffins everywhere.
In the winter, puffins swim alone at sea
In the winter, catching fish so happily.
Their beaks are coloured grey, they swim and dive all day.
In the winter, that’s the puffin way.
In the springtime, puffins gather on the shore
In the springtime, their beaks are yellow, red and orange.
They travel through the crowd until a mate is found.
In the springtime, that’s the puffin way.
In the summer, baby chicks are all around.
In the summer, they’re covered with a furry down.
Adults swim out to sea, and bring back seafood treats.
In the summer, that’s the puffin way.
In the autumn, all the puffins say goodbye.
In the autumn, the chicks are grown, they swim and dive.
Their beaks are turning grey, they’re camouflaged all day.
In the autumn, that’s the puffin way.
