Street food V finds us in Sittwe just outside the busy morning fish market. The fish are unloaded from the boats and sold directly in the market. The auction is fascinating to watch with bids and wads of kyat being hurled around. All this is hungry work and on the sidelines women make fish soup from the small fish that miss the auction.
