Samosas- the most popular snack in Bangladesh, (also in India). Pastry filled with vegetables, shaped in a triangle and deep fried. A great (sterile) snack to eat when they are fresh. Often in Bangladesh samosas are filled with meat rather than vegetable , meat samosas are shaped slightly different. I made the mistake only once, of buying the wrong shape, as a vegetarian I was very happy to bite into my freshly cooked meat samosa. Urghhhh..............
